Ten years ago, Andrea and Jean got married in France. He is French, she is American, but she lived 10 years his country. They got married in a beautiful church with all their families and loved ones.
Then, they decided they wanted to come live in the USA, have their first baby, and find their home in the beautiful state of Washington.

Today, they have two beautiful little girls, and they still love each other as in the first days. To mark their ten years of love, they wanted to jump back in the past and wear their wedding attire and make a photoshoot.

They didn't want something too far from Seattle, but still with a lot of nature and mountain views. I immediately thought about Gold Creek Pond: easy walk, stunning views of the mountains, a pretty lake. I sent them a few photos of the location and they agreed with me: this is the perfect place for their 10 years anniversary photos.

It was during the heatwave in Washington State, it was super hot even early in the morning but we did it anyway. We met at the parking lot of Gold Creek Pond and went close to the pond, Andrea and Jean never went to that place and they were amazed at the beauty of that place. An elopement was setting up while we were shooting. That place is a magic place for an elopement, you don't even need a permit and this is just STUNNING!

Jean is a guitar player, so I told him to bring it for the photos it will take a very personal thing to their photos. And it really does! He played a few songs for his wide and it was just epics!

We spent a very nice time together, as always we laughed a lot. I love taking couples on photos because I can literally feel their love for each other, this is a very huge feeling and I LOVE that. Being able to capture your feelings and memories is what makes me feel like I really found my path.

We asked the wedding planner of the elopement if we can take a few photos with the ache they were setting up, and they said yes! So here we are playing a real wedding just for a moment. It was super fun and the wedding planner was super happy to see her work in action!

We left the location and we were super happy about that moment we spend together, I went home, took a look at the photos and I couldn't wait more before starting editing. I love them so much: The mountains, the lake, that couple, the guitar... everything was just perfect.
